Grandparents, parents and kids under one roof, with three super king ensuite bedrooms, two flexible sofa beds, and enough space across the villa that everyone gets their own corner when they want it.
How the layout works for three generations
Multigenerational holidays usually break on the same set of issues. Bathroom queues, mismatched bedtimes, and a layout that does not give the older generation a quiet corner when they need one. Aster House was designed to solve those.

The villa is 240 square metres across multiple levels, which is more than enough for three generations to be in the same place without being on top of each other. The rooftop chillout area is the favourite spot for the adults, and the kids tend to migrate to the media room with the 2 metre projector screen on rainy afternoons.
Sliema’s walkability suits every age
Sliema is unusually walkable for a holiday base, which matters more when the youngest and the eldest in the group are travelling together. The seafront is 150 metres (a 2 minute walk) from the door, restaurants for every kind of eater are a short walk away, and the Valletta ferry is about 15 minutes on foot for a half-day trip across the harbour.

Is Aster House suitable for elderly guests?
There is a staircase between floors, with no lift, so the layout suits guests who can manage stairs comfortably. Send me a message before booking and I will walk you through the layout so you know what to expect.
Can the bedrooms be set up for grandparents downstairs?
All three bedrooms have their own ensuite. Two are on the same level, which works well for grandparents who prefer to be near each other. Send me a message before arrival and I will set up the rooms accordingly.
Is there a quiet space when the kids are loud?
Yes. The rooftop, the dining terrace and the media room all work as separate retreats. The villa is large enough that adults can find a quiet corner whenever they need one.
Can grandparents walk to a restaurant for a quiet evening?
Yes. Sliema is full of small, quieter restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. I am happy to recommend the ones that suit a quieter evening.
