Aster House is my luxury villa in Sliema, Malta, lovingly restored over three years from a 1920s British Military family home. Sleeping up to 9 across three super king ensuite bedrooms, 240 square metres, 150 metres (a 2 minute walk) from the sea, with original Maltese floor tiles, restored Art-Deco lines, and a 1930s outdoor tub on the rooftop.

Heritage and design that feels personal
I designed every room myself, working with local Maltese craftspeople to keep the building’s 1920s soul intact. The original artwork on the walls was painted by our resident artist Monica, and the custom furniture was commissioned to fit the spaces. It looks as good in real life as it does in the photos, which is the part most luxury rentals don’t get right.
