Aster House is my boutique villa in Malta, in the heart of Sliema. I call it a Boutique Maison because that is what it is: a lovingly restored 1920s home that I personally curate for families and friends. Sleeping up to 9 in three super king ensuite bedrooms, 150 metres (a 2 minute walk) from the sea, with original Maltese floor tiles and a 1930s outdoor tub on the rooftop.

Personally hosted, not a faceless rental
When you book Aster House you are staying in a Boutique Maison I personally curate. I answer messages myself, I know which Sliema restaurants are worth the walk, and I will make sure your stay is exactly what you needed it to be. Most guests find that the host being involved is the difference between a holiday and a really good one.
Three years of loving restoration
The villa was originally a 1920s British Military family home. I worked with local Maltese craftspeople over three years to bring the building back to its Art-Deco elegance, keeping every original architectural feature in place. The Maltese floor tiles are still there, the bold geometric lines are intact, and the 1930s outdoor tub on the rooftop is the original piece.

How do bookings work?
Direct through our reservation system. A deposit secures the booking and the balance is taken closer to your arrival date. Card payments are processed through Stripe.
