Sliema’s seafront and shops on your doorstep
The villa is on a quiet street in central Sliema, 150 metres from the seafront. The promenade, the ferries to Valletta, the cafés and the gelaterias are all within a short walk. Most guests don’t bother with a car for the whole trip, which makes the rental easier than people expect.
Three years of loving restoration
The villa was originally a 1920s British Military family home. I spent three years restoring it with local Maltese craftspeople, keeping every original architectural feature, including the Maltese floor tiles, the Art-Deco lines, the original artwork by Monica, and the 1930s outdoor tub on the rooftop. The rental is the whole 240 square metre villa, not a section of it.

How does direct booking work?
Booking is through our reservation system on the booking page. A deposit secures the booking and the balance is taken closer to your arrival date. Card payments are processed through Beds24.
Are there any fees on top of the nightly rate?
Cleaning is included in the nightly rate. The booking page shows tax, deposit and any optional extras line by line before you reach checkout.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is held during the stay and returned in full after check out, assuming no damage. The amount is shown on the booking page before you confirm.
What is the cancellation policy?
